These terms govern your use of Bonito Bonito AI ("the service"), our AI baby dance video generator. By using the service you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit photos or make a purchase. You must be a child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to submit the child's photo for AI processing. Keep your account secure and only share results when you have the necessary permission.
The service
Bonito Bonito AI turns one photo of a baby into a preset "Bonito Bonito" dance video: 15 seconds, 720p, 9:16 MP4 with music. The dance, music and output settings are preset; you choose the photo. Generation and credit purchases are available only when the corresponding service is enabled.
Your photos
- Only upload photos you have the right to use — your own baby's photo, or a photo of a child whose parent or guardian gave you permission.
- Do not upload intimate or sexual content, nudity, violence, or any content that is illegal or harmful to children.
- You permit us to process, store and send the photo to our generation provider as needed to create and deliver the video. See the Privacy Policy for provider processing, storage and deletion details.
AI-generated results
- Videos are AI-generated. They aim to preserve your baby's appearance, but identity, expressions, lighting and movement may change; results vary from photo to photo. A sample does not guarantee the same result for every upload.
- The preset motion reference does not clearly show the feet, so lower-body motion is completed by the model. We cannot promise a frame-by-frame match to any choreography.
- Always review the full result before sharing, and respect the people shown in your photos.
Credits and purchases
- One dance video costs 60 credits at the current generation setting. The generator shows the applicable credit cost before you start. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription and purchased credits do not expire.
- Credits are charged when a generation task starts. If the generation fails, the credits charged for that task are returned to your account automatically. A credit return is not a cash refund.
- Prices and pack contents are shown on the pricing page in USD. When checkout is enabled, payment is processed through PayPal. A listing does not mean purchasing is currently available; use the availability shown on the page.
Refunds
- Generation failures — handled automatically with a credit return. Most returns happen promptly, but verification or reconciliation can delay them. Contact support if your failed task's credits have not been returned; include the task identifier if available.
- Credit pack purchases — cash refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support@bonitobonitoai.net with your order number, purchase date and account email. Unused credits from a purchase made in error can be refunded; credits already spent for delivered videos are not refundable except where mandatory rights apply. Approved purchase refunds remove the associated credits from your account.
- Deleting a delivered video does not return the credits used to generate it. If you believe a delivered result has a service issue, contact support for review.
- These terms do not limit statutory withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be waived, or the dispute options available through PayPal or your payment provider.
Your works and deletion
You can preview, download and delete completed or failed works from My Works. A running or unresolved generation must finish or be resolved before self-service deletion; any pending failure credit return must also settle first. Deletion blocks access through our site and starts file cleanup, which can be delayed. Provider-held copies are handled under the provider's own practices. See the Privacy Policy for details, and download a copy of videos you want to keep.
Sharing and music
Your downloaded video is for personal, non-commercial use. The video includes music; the service does not grant you rights to the music, and commercial use of the video may require separate permission from the relevant rights holders. Do not represent the sample videos on this site as your own generations.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, to generate content that is illegal or harmful to children, or to use others' photos without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
